Not only took SZAO “LIPLAST-SPb” a step forward in its production of plastic articles, but it also managed to approve itself as a decent construction organisation by erecting a gorgeous modern building in the downtown – the trade centre “Continent”.

With a view to provide diverse leisure activities of the population and guests of the town, the trade centre has a single service complex which includes:

10 roomed hotel complex;
7 catering points including mini bars and a 90 seat restaurant with a banquet hall,
a 6 track bowling club,
a grocery store,
a trade pavilion network.

There are two parking spots around the building.

The Continent trade centre accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club.

The hotel Continent holds a decent position among all hotels of the country – April 25, 2008 saw the hotel Continent certified for the compliance with the category “***” (three-star) No.BY/112 04.03.002 00365 of BelGISS certification authority.

The hotel has 10 excellently equipped rooms (including luxury apartments) with satellite TV, mini bars, radio, IDD phones and PC access switch. Our tenants can also use laundry and dry-cleaning services. The hotel has the attendant parking. The business centre located in the hotel lobby offers all the type of clerkship, computer and printing services, WI-FI, facsimile communications.

The bowling hall has 6 tracks and is situated at the ground floor. The bowling hall has a separate entrance for visitors and has convenient connections with the restaurant dining hall. The bowling has a bar and customer tables for 40 seats. One can order meals cooked at the restaurant.

Restaurant “Continent” is located at the trade centre “Continent”. The restaurant is of 1st mark-up category. The customers are served at a 90 seat hall with a 15 seat banquette hall and a bar. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 03:00 (working days to 24:00) which makes it convenient for visiting by every customer. From 07:00 to 10:00 the restaurant serves breakfasts for the hotel tenants. Breakfast courses can be served to the tenant rooms.

The kitchen is impressive. It is equipped with up-to-date, energy saving appliances enabling the cook to quickly prepare not only tasty meals, but to surprise customers with a wide range of o’dourves. The restaurant menu embraces courses of Belarusian and European cuisine.

The restaurant services include the arrangement and holding of banquets, drink receptions, weddings, anniversaries, presentations, business lunches, seminars, and carrying out show-programmes.

The restaurant is constantly holding different marketing actions, discounts, parties, shows as well as town bowling competitions. In March 2010, we arranged a month “Cuisine of Five Continents” where people could taste meals of different cuisines of the world. In autumn of 2010, the enterprise partook in the Republic Festival-Fair “Dozhinki 2010”.
